The shipping address is The UPS Store in a LARGE industrial complex and without, the mail/UPS person has no CLUE where it goes. And nicknames do not make it easier…really.
Ship with a minimum of two inches of newspaper, in a NEW box…UPS and FedEx will not pay for damage in used boxes. The Post Office will NEVER pay a damage/loss claim, so if you care, ship UPS or FedEx. Do not ship with bubble wrap, it gets punctured and your carbs can get damaged.
Remember, your carbs will be treated to an eight foot drop-kick, package accordingly please.

Also VERY IMPORTANT: Please put a note in the box with ship to address, phone number(s), email address and what you need done. Often packages get shipped with a grocery store name and address, a UPS Store address…Your carbs will sit around until you call to see why you have not heard from me, this is why.

For ZRXs. Carb set gets disassembled down to the last piece, carbs are soaked in carb dip, all passages cleaned, new o-rings installed and reassembled.
Usually three to twelve working day turnaround, but sometimes a bit longer depending on seasonal demand 🙂
Labor is $275.00, plus $45.00 shipping via UPS.
Any other parts required are extra. Float Bowl o-rings seem to have started needing replacement on about 95% of the carbs I do, they are $17.42 each, four are required. Carb O-Ring set is $30.00. Your carbs will need to be sync’d when reinstalled.

UPDATE
If your carbs look like the ones below on the inside, outside or both, expect to pay a surcharge of $25 to $100 to clean them. The ZRX is becoming a vintage bike and some serious neglect has been showing up.
The above two took way over twice as long to go thru.
