How to install pilot o-rings:
Apply generous dose of WD40, or similar, to the O-Ring and Pilot Screw.
Slide on to the LARGEST diameter of the needle so it slightly compresses the spring & washer.
If you need to remove the pilot screw, remove the washer, spring and o-ring and reassemble before reinstalling.
