Carbon Fiber & Kevlar Mesh Radiator Screen

$195.00

Description

Due to popular demand, I am making my Carbon Fiber with Kevlar Mesh Radiator Screens again! They will take approx seven days to make.

The Kevlar Mesh is coated with a black, UV Resistant PTFE/Teflon coating. Bugs pretty much rinse off. No more getting micro fiber towels caught in the stock steel screen.

The best airflow of any aftermarket screen, weighs about three ounces and will not rattle like the stock one.

I make these in three variations to fit:
Stock Radiator
My KWICK Rad Radiator
And early Tealdo Radiators (Need a couple front rad pics to determine early/late)

Mounting Instructions:
Bottom uses two M6 button-head Allens and two nyloc nuts.
There are two Delrin (Lazzer-cut) spacers glued to the bottom of the screen, but sometimes they fall off, but that is where they go, between the screen and radiator.
Just snug lightly, do NOT over-tighten. The nylocs will do the job.

The top secures with two Thomas & Betts UV resistant cable ties, four are included and are stapled to each invoice….I used to put them in the bag but no one ever found them in there….
